An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Write daily payment and receipt voucher with complete attached & sign.
  2. Write cash book for daily transaction and prepare cash request & pretty cash.
  3. Support the preparation of monthly financial statement.
  4. Must be able to allocate relevant responsibilities within the department.
  5. To control income and expenditures and to update ledgers, Trial balance, Cash summary.
  6. Check ground stock by monthly at veterinary warehouse.
  7. To perform basic office tasks, answering phone call and phone contact to credit customer.
  8. Prepare and check customer receivable and payable lists by daily or weekly.
  9. Prepare costing for Alltech and veterinary product.
  10. Other ad-hoc assignment as required.
  11. Sometimes go to the bank transfer for head office (All Department).

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  1. Any Bachelor Degree (Preferable with B.Com)
  2. Must have Diploma LCCI Level (I,II) or More prefer LCCI Level (III).
  3. Minimum 1 and above years of accounting experience.
  4. Proficient in the use in Microsoft Excel, including Lookups and other Excel functions.
  5. Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedure.
  6. Able to work under pressure.
