Administrative / General Office Responsibilities:
Directly apply office wide standards
Participate in improvement programs directed by management
Management of personal time and billable hours under the guidance of the Project Architect / Project Designer
Project Responsibilities:
Under direction from the Project Architect / Designer, deliver design documentation, including but not limited to the following:
Work Plan, for approval by the client
Site Planning and Infrastructure Coordination Drawings
Layout and Plan Drawings
Façade and Enclosure Details
Finish Floor Plans and Reflected Ceiling Drawings
Interior Finishes Packages
Coordination Drawings, including sub-consultant and contractor inputs
Massing models, diagrams and other forms of graphic communication
Renderings and Illustrative Drawings
Sketches
Schedules
Specifications
Coordinate internally with project team and sub consultants
Perform clash analysis on documents as required

B. Arch or B. Eng (or Technical Certification and Experience)
Experience: Junior Level 1-2 years, Mid-Level 3-5,
Certifications in the following software (dependant on architect / design tech. role):
AutoCAD 2010 or later
Adobe Creative Suite CS3 or later
Autodesk 3ds Max 2010
Autodesk Revit
Rhino 3D
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
