Join one of the coolest creative team in Yangon! Your main responsibility is to write exciting content to be used in marketing campaigns. This may include creating tagline, catchphrases, and messages for print and digital adverts, radio jingles, and TV commercials. You develop creative ideas and concepts, often in collaboration with the Graphic Designer and present your ideas to the Creative Director and the Marketing Director. You amend, revise or redevelop adverts and campaign materials closely with the Account Manager. Finally, you work with the Digital Marketing team to produce and update the social media content, respond and engage proactively in behalf of the clients’ social media channels ensuring the consistency of the brand’s voice and maintain a high level of engagement.

The level required to be part of the team is extremely high because even if the management implemented is great, the expectations for each member are high. The right candidate will be the person who can demonstrate several years of experience in marketing or advertising in Myanmar. To be transparent, your chances of being selected if you don't have digital experience is low because the world of marketing is a very specific industry that requires far more specific qualities than general marketing. You must also show great rigor, organisation, a great sense of creativity to be able to convince your teams and your clients of the merits of your recommendations. Your English must be very good as it is the working language within the company as we work with people from 10 different countries. You must also demonstrate a good frame of mind that always sees the glass half full to move forward. You have to have confidence in yourself and confidence in others.
