  • Assure the complete exploitation of all Facilities
  • Ensure the maintenance and control of key activation for all buildings
  • Manage and resolve the various requests of our internal customers
  • Coordinate and execute the offices moves on the different buildings
  • Control the cleanliness of the site (Inside and outside of buildings)
  • Supervise external suppliers and all external maintenance contracts
  • Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned
  • Responsible for emergency maintenance service as needed
  • Monitor and maintain all building systems in various locations as assigned

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Basic in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and possess strong written, verbal and people skills 
  • Good organizational skills and collaborative style 
  • A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in Facility Management, Operations, Project Management and Construction/ Building Management
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
  • Over time and weekend work is required in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel outside of city
