1. Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
2. Promotional activities
3. Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
4. Organizing events and product exhibitions
5. Work with business development team to close partnership deals, being fully responsible for the marketing components of the deal.
6. Work closely with agency and marketing teams to execute on the marketing plans, project managing the campaign end-to-end.
7. Work closely with sales and product teams to hire users for application, and monitor sales performance
8. Other obligations as manager’s requirements
9. Good at English.
10. Have experience in B2B Marketing.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Possess at least a bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and/or Business Administration Min.
1-2 years of experience in marketing experience, both on strategic planning and execution.
PREFERRED SKILLS
1. Customer-centric mindset with keen sense of analyzing problems and solving them
2. Familiar with marketing mix from ATL, BTL to TTL
3. Interested in new technology and have an open-mind towards rapid future developments in the digital space.
4. Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way
5. Comfortable with designing, executing and tracking successful marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media campaigns, integrated marketing, mobile marketing and direct marketing campaigns.
6. Willing to move a lot
