Essential function 1

• Lead landscape architect - Independently evaluate and apply landscape techniques and criteria that aligns with international and local strategies; assess and judge the need for modifications on projects
• Master planning - landscape design and documentation at all stages of planning

• Liaising with clients to get landscape design brief/scope
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate design works with the project team

Essential Function 3

• Monitor progress to ensure builder meets design standards and specifications
• Team Management - to facilitate successful progression and completion of landscape projects
• Stakeholder management - liaising with other architects and designers to deliver successful projects, maintain good relationships

Other responsibilities

• From time to time you may be expected to execute other duties and projects as are reasonably required of your job, in order to maintain, promote, develop and expand the business of our estate and its interests

• Strong understanding of … International landscape design principles and techniques
• In-depth knowledge of …. CAD, PS, basic in other computer-aid drafting like Lumion, sketch up
• Working knowledge of … Understanding the basic character of topical planting, like colour, texture, size, etc
•  Bachelor Degree in Engineering or industry specific qualifications
•  Higher educated in architect
• 2-3 years experiences in tropical zone. like Thailand, Singapore is preferred
