- Preparing & checking Agreements for sites with the help of Legal Dept.
- Follow up with finance dept. for timely payments of sites.
- Preparing & maintaining Daily progress report for Lease Signing.
- Co-ordinating with the team members for timely signing of lease contract sites.
- Managing the timely renewals and looking out for lesser escalation of rents.

- Graduated Background B.com, Finance, MBA
-Working Knowledge of Financial Management and Experiences in Leasing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as English
- A team player with positive attitude, can take criticism and feedback
- Computer literate with clear understanding of Microsoft Office
- To collect and verify owner Bank information to process new lease/rollover payment and engage with required in house and external department
- Knowledge of Financial Management , understanding and experience in leasing
- Telecoms Acquisition and a general knowledge of all aspects of the Telecommunications industry in Myanmar.
- Strong leadership, organizational and administrative skills
- Team oriented.
- Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
