-Initiate in the preparation, review, amendment, while collaborating and coordinating with stakeholders for implementation of documentations related to internal control, corporate secretary, Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, etc.
-Provide input and support to stakeholders to execute their specific po
-Assist in conducting monitoring of business risks and controls activities to ensure compliance with prescribed requirements
-Support in the end to end review and solutions of issues generated by the compliance program, including development of corrective action plans.
-Collecting appropriate information to generate reports and submitting such reports to relevant committees and personnel
-Monitors and tracks day to day compliance activities/data of the organization and ensure proper record keeping
-Preparing, reviewing, organizing, negotiating, summarizing and finalizing resolutions/meeting minutes with management and stakeholders
-Additional duties as assigned

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

-Law degree preferred with experience in industry specific knowledge
-Minimum 3 years experiences in supporting and working with legal, contractual, policies & procedures
-Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
-Good communication and written skills in both Myanmar and English languages
-Must be detail oriented with good organizational skill
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
