Review, amend, supplement all the contract templates in connection wiht legality for undertaking the business activity of the Company.
Organize the meeting, get the BOD opinion about BOD matters, compose and prepare the documents of BOD.
Set up the plan and organize the General Meeting, prepare the documents and related contents and compose the reports to Shareholders ( if required).
Implement the issuance of shareholder certificates, explain to shareholders, implement the distribution of interest to shareholders.
Implement the composing of document for getting the approvals or permits, licenses from the government under the instruction of Legal Director.
