Logistics

• Consolidate & endorse product import plan with Vietnam Team: ensure sufficient quantity and timely delivery
• Provide detail process & Support Vietnam team to prepare sufficient compulsory documents required when importing products from Vietnam to Myanmar
• To be responsible for import process and custom clearance from Vietnam to Myanmar
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Be responsible of product logistics within Myanmar: deliver product & retailing chain & warranty partners
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with local laws, regulations and ISO requirements.

Warehouse

• Searching location, negotiating and vetting the legal documents and process for the warehouse
• Arrange warehouse layout, set plan of buying storage/shelve and other necessary equipment’s
• Propose warehouse recruitment plan and coordinate with CEO to set process of warehouse operations
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce

• At least 3 years of proven working experience as a logistics or inventory manager
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management
• Proficient in standard logistics software
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
• Working knowledge of various types of mobile and electric consumer equipment.
• Speak English fluently.
