About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with strong experience in logistics and freight forwarding to join our team in Myanmar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficient handling of shipments, and supporting the smooth flow of import/export processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international and domestic shipments (air, sea, and land).

• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities.

• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance forms.

• Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates to internal teams and clients.

• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.

• Manage and coordinate Logistic Project and Proposals with subcontractors

• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance departments to optimize logistics performance.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.

• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Fluent in English and Burmese (both written and spoken).
