လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

.Manage ShopEx network (around 150 staff) including hub managers and their teams (identify & plan needs, give objectives, debrief KPIs)
.Plan and anticipate resources to maintain efficient on-ground activity and accommodate high volumes (especially during campaigns)
.Improve ShopEx KPIs (Success Rate, Lead-time, Productivity, Losses and backlogs)
.Lead preparation, analysis and debrief of ShopEx reports then lead performance review meetings (snap reports, monthly review, Daraz calls)
.Promote collaboration between ShopEx teams and other departments (Seller Support, Transport, Warehouse, Finance, HR, Commercial)
.Work with project managers and central team experts to design, and implement, new processes
.EnsureSOP compliance across ShopEx operations
.Improve team efficiency with lean management and 5S methodology on ground

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Successful working experience greater than 3 years
  • Strong experience in Logistics and deliveries (E-Commerce is a plus)
  • Strong experience in management and leading large teams
  • Strong technical skills, especially MS Excel, Powerpoint and Google Drive
  • Ability to follow a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Very good level in English (spoken and written)
  • Understand the E commerce Logistic process
  • Willing to learn and surpass himself/herself
  • Engaged in work and team player
  • Sense of ownership/responsibility for the business
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt and help others to change
