Job Purpose
- To supervise and manage in Tendering and contracting processes ensuring completion of
tender documents, bid evaluations, contract negotiation, finalizing contract documents,
contract controls and contract administration.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment , service and supplies
- Reviewing comparing analyzing and approving products and services to be purchased
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contrats
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
- Preparing budgets cost analyses and reports

Experience & Key Requirement
- Minimum five years working experience as Project Manager in tendering field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
(Both oral and written skills in Myanmar and English Languages)
- Good computer knowledge.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Between 30 to 40 years.
