A Great Opportunity for ...

1.Checking and Emailing to supplier for documents process.
2.Checking draft shipping documents before Estimated Time Arrival ( ETA ) for Export and Import Shipments.
3.Prepare relevant shipping documents for shipping process.
4.Responsible to monitoring incoming import shipments and other related process
5.Update all Export/ Import shipments and daily transportation records.
6.Documents filling and maintain the data in computer.
7.Assist to Logistics Executive/ Any other duties assign by Executive.
8. Sometime have to go MJTD, Ports and Custom office indeed.

Any graduate

1.At least 1 or 2 years in related field.
2.Must have knowledge in Import and Export process
3.Excellent in Microsoft office, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email.
4.Good in English
5.Good communication skill and negotiation skill
5.Team work
