- Responsible for Sea/Air import export process with documentation, checking and issuing BL and custom clearance arrangements.
- Supervise import shipments / delivery requirements.
- Maintenance, preparation , tracking and routing of purchase orders
- Communicate with over sea freight agents and airlines to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments
- Prepare documentation handling for receiving , Customs Clearance process
- Work closely with sales & marketing teams
- Reporting warehouse & operation daily/weekly/monthly report to Management
- Maintain & monitor minimum & maximum stock level
- Counter check & Follow up the whole process
