  • Coordinate with design team and conduct supervising to contractor “as per Drawing”
  • Prepare material requisition “as per Drawing”, perform buying and receiving as necessary
  • Provide costing for finished jobs or projects from site to client
  • To do manpower arrangement for site works and supervise for sub-contractor
  • Operate in testing and commissioning for Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary System
  • Prepare all required status and documentation records
  • Track and verify that all completed work complies and daily report to PE
  • Ensure work progress meets
  • Liaise with client on site for required jobs or projects
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • BE ( EP/MP ) or AGTI ( EP/MP )
  • Min. 3 - 4 years of relevant working experiences in M&E works
  • Good communication and supervisory skills
  • More preferably experiences in Villa/Housing Project
  • Preferred Electrical based experience with Mechanical knowledge
  • Essential experience in MS Office suite of software, Auto CAD experience is advantageous
