Price estimate / Forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
Site visits, assessments, and projections for future work.
Preparing , negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and projects
Assist in certifying the works carried out by the contractor and as directed by the Project Manager.
Assist in the valuation of variation orders, preparation of site instructions and evaluation of the Contractor’s Claims.
Checking of the Contractor’s interim monthly payment certificates

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experiences with BE (EP) or BE (Mechanical)
Ability to understand drawings and other contract documents
Must have efficient good communication skills and management skills
Ability to use in Auto CAD, Microsoft office, Excel, Email
Proficient in written and spoken English
Must be able to travel.
