• To analyze market situation, market information, customer demand and to make demand forecast.

• To handle unit inquiry.

• Attend daily RAM Meeting.

• To develop new product and penetration.

• Monitor the Government and Tender Process.

• Evaluate and authorize all marketing standards and procedure.

• Analyze profitability and stability of new and existing products.

• To establish marketing objectives, plans, budget and policies.

• Work has a team in both sale & marketing and cross functional.

• Prepare and arrange related with principal report.

• Analysis and sharing information of machine delivery status and ERG data review.

• Manage and administrative on marketing program & team.

• Develop individual team members’ skill.

• Execute Marketing Campaign (Advertising, Branding and Event) as per plan.

• Monitor the Individual Performance Implementation (A3/A4/Training and other)

• Supervise job assign and activities complementation of members.
• Marketing Department Head has responsibility to develop new& existing market and products & coaching the development for the marketing team

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any Graduate (More prefer to Dip; in Marketing Management)
At least 5 year experience in related field
Decision making, Coordination, Building confidence, Adaptability, Planning, Teamwork, Continuous improvement
Conceptual thinking and Data Analysis
Understanding product and market condition
Can go trip anywhere & Driven licenses
Strong in presentation skills & customer relationship.
