• Designs and develops off-line and digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation in-line with agreed objectives.
• Engages with outside agencies and vendors when necessary to assist with the design and development of the appropriate marketing materials.
• Forecasts quarterly and yearly Service KPIs linked to improving educational delivery and providing a quality and consistent experience, that assists Sales to reach internal revenue targets. Then tracks performance and leads the drive to achieve these goals.
• Tracks relevant data and provides timely reports to assist management with strategic planning and the decision-making process.
• Partners closely with and supports Sales to ensure consistency across the different communication channels and provide a seamless experience for students.
• Develops and maintains regular network communication with local marketing managers and directors
• Identifies, researches, and analyzes market trends to better understand how to reach target markets.
• Plans campaigns and manages budgets to ensure they complete budget and run until the deadline.

• Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns
• Creates and maintains a framework that dissects who current and potential customers are and how we can best communicate with them.
• Manages the customer’s journey from discovery through course completion (customer relationship management).

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field
• Effective presentation skills are essential
• 8-10 years of experience in an Account Service function of an Advertising or Design Agency or equivalent corporate experience as well as managing a team
• Fluency in written and spoken Myanmar and English
• Strong sales presence
• Excellent written and communications skills
• Self-starter with good time management skills
