1. Coordinate with media vendors and supplier/contractor to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.2. Supervise all contractor works in event and promotional activities.3. Work closely with design team to ensure design is completed on time4. Assist in the execution of the daily marketing activities5. Conduct market research & analysis and prepare weekly reports and monthly report for management.6. Liaise with production house for production of collaterals7. Maintain all the marketing collaterals and escalate management when needed to order8. Be on site for event sets up and event days9. Any other administrative task as assigned by management

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related field- In depth knowledge of organizing events.- Familiarity with social media- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Proven experience as Marketing Executive or similar role- Excellent communication and people skills- Creativity and commercial awareness- Skill in prioritizing and handling obligations- Ability to produce high quality work with accuracy and strong attention to detail.- Good organizing and planning skills.
