. Execute the link between all sector of UMG's internal and external marketing activities and marketing projects
. Work with marketing teams, other internal team and external team to facilitate work flow for all marketing activities and marketing projects
. Coordinate and communicate strategic marketing objectives of the business
. Work with outside customers or internal departments to develop a schedule for the delivery of products or resources
. Monitor the flow of materials or resources through the process to ensure on time delivery
. Coordinate the troubleshoot problems to make sure a project or process remains on schedule
. Develop work schedules in various departments to ensure work is completed on time
. Coordinate with related parties in daily or weekly for projects and activities schedules
. Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities of the business
. Control, manage and measure the progress of the marketing projects and marketing activities
. Develop work schedules in various departments to ensure
. Analyze and report the project completion status, achievement and effectiveness to department head

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business Management
. Minimum 3 years experience in middle management level, especially in Project Management, Marketing Management
. Excellent analytical skill
. Experience in market analysis
. Interpersonal and influencing skill
. Good planning skill and problem solving skill
. Fluent in Myanmar Language and English (Written and Verbal)
