  • Support consumer activation strategies focused on sports channels to drive brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, and healthcare professionals through targeted activities.
  • Coordinate with external partners and agencies to manage sampling, events, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular field visits to strengthen relationships and gather market insights.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare clear and timely performance reports for management.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials and propose innovative ideas to support strategic initiatives.
  • Organize and execute events and brand campaigns in line with business objectives.
  • Provide consistent updates and complete other tasks as assigned.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking.
  • Experience in supporting multi-channel campaigns and working with external partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical representative (or) Marketing in FMCG.
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Must have strong presentation skills, brand communication skills.
  • Can prepare presentation depend on necessary topic
  • Strong leadership skills, High motivation skills and customer centric mindset as essential.
