About the Job: Medical Sales Manager, reporting to Business Director, will lead face-to-face clinical sales and marketing for the Lydia contraceptive brand and DKT maternal-care products (primarily ethical). He/she will own sales-volume targets and have the potential to earn lucrative bonuses for meeting targets and KPIs. In addition to managing our partnership with our national distributor, he/she will lead a team of Medical Representatives who promote our product portfolio directly to health-care professionals, including OGs, GPs, clinical procurement officers, and midwives. Tracking competitors and keeping abreast of the Myanmar market's evolution is an important part of the role.

▪︎ Developing and implementing effective medical sales strategies (including trade-marketing campaigns and promotion schemes)
▪︎ Leading nationwide sales teams to achieve sales targets
▪︎ Establishing productive and professional relationship with key customer accounts
▪︎ Be a subject-matter expert on the DKT Myanmar's products, their recommended usage, as well as all risks and benefits associated
▪︎ Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities, including tender information
▪︎ Oversee and coordinating with the distributors' sales team to reach the sales targets
▪︎ Liaising with Marketing and Program departments to ensure brand consistency
▪︎ Performing other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

▪︎ University Degree in Pharmacy or MBBS
▪︎ Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales management (either as a medical representative, on the principle side, or preferable both)
▪︎ Self-driven, energetic personality with strong communication skills, especially to be persuasive in face-to-face meeting with customers
▪︎ Interested in the topic of human sexuality and sexual health is an asset
▪︎ Ability to use Microsoft Office (especially, Microsoft Excel)
▪︎ Good command of writing and speaking in both English and Myanmar Languages
▪︎ Ability to work in a multicultural environment and travel frequently
