 To plan, design, and design-review MEP design drawings by the consultant.

 To adopt and blend local Myanmar MEP standards and/or work practice with international good practice in designs and site implementation.

 To do quantity take-off, cost estimation for all MEP works for the project.

 To assess and conduct value engineering in MEP design worksheet.

 To implement and assimilate HSSE principles in MEP design worksheet.

 To supervise site MEP works.

 To conduct high-level cost estimation on every subject of MEP works and designs.

 To arrange for, manage MEP contractors and/or sub-contractors for site works.

 To review, assess and recommend for MEP contractors and/or sub-contractors progress claims.

 To check, manage QAQC for site MEP works.

 To ensure all personnel working at site adhere to works good practice and safety of works at site.

 To come out with MEP conceptual planning in design aligned with project master plan and layout.

 To assist and arrange for site progress meetings, technical and coordination meetings.

     Ad hoc assigned by the management.

 Must be MEP engineering background with project management capacity.

 Minimum 5 years of experience as MEP engineer in a medium size project.

 Fluent in English and Myanmar language.

 Understand international, local and MSIP MEP design and safety codes.

 Be able to conduct quantity take-off on MEP design blueprints.

 Understand resource planning in project and MEP sequence of works.

 Understand MEP cost planning, manpower planning and MEP works programming.

 Exposure to international projects management is a must.

 Able to use AutoCad is mandatory.

 Able to use Autodesk Revit and BIM is advantageous.
