Direct reporting to Merchandising Director

Define assortment structure objective in cooperation with management

Define new product selection and old product objectives

Define old product removal objectives

Define objectives for product selection and promotion

To negotiate promotion, purchase price, in-store activities with supplier

Identify possible new suppliers for business growth

Define objective for store audits & competitor surveys

Handling customer complaint base on product

Achieve sales and margin targets

Shrinkage Management within budget

Inventory level management

To coach employees for improved performance

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor's Degree (or) Master degree (more preferable – BBA/ BBM)

At least 5 years experience in merchandising management fields

Excellent knowledge of MS Office with strong Excel skills

Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication and organizational skills

Analytical skills, good leadership, time management skills
