Business Analysis:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their current business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Analyze business needs and identify areas where Odoo can improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document and map "as-is" and "to-be" business processes.

Odoo Implementation:

• Configure Odoo modules to meet the specific requirements of the client.
• Develop custom functionalities (or collaborate with developers) to address unique business needs.
• Manage data migration and ensure accurate system setup.

Project Management:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for Odoo implementations.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams (technical, sales) to ensure project success.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and keep them updated on project progress.

Training and Support:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions for end-users on Odoo functionalities.
• Provide ongoing technical support to users, troubleshooting any issues and answering questions.
• Document procedures and best practices for Odoo usage within the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Odoo implementation and configuration
• Effective communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
