• Performing general administrative and secretarial tasks
• Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing system
• Arraigning meetings, travel such as booking flights, reserving hotel rooms, restaurant tables and rental cars, visas, and occasionally, travelling with Chairman to provide general assistance an translation services
• Procurement of office equipment and stationary
• Scheduling of meetings and note taking
• Office maintenance co-ordination
• Printing and Scanning documents
• Running errands
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, package etc.)
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

• Proven minimum work experience of two years as a PA or relevant experience in a secretarial or administrative role
• Language – excellent spoken and written English required, together with proficiency in spoken and written Myanmar language
• A good deal of common sense, etiquette and an ability to think on one’s feet
• Ability to function in a pressurized environment
• Enthusiasm, drive and a can-do attitude
• Professional telephone manner
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Willing to travel
• Discretion, trustworthiness and an understanding of confidentiality issues
• Cooperation – being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude
