  2. Tender လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားလည္း တစ္ခါတစ္ရံ လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည္။
  3. Document သိမ္းဆည္းျခင္း ၊ ISO နဲ႕ ပတ္သတ္ေသာ စာရႊတ္စာတမ္းမ်ား ျပင္ဆင္ျခင္း၊ သိမ္းဆည္းျခင္းမ်ားျပဳလုပ္ရမည္။
  4. ISO 9001 ႏွင့္ပတ္သတ္ၿပီး ( Enviromental) ပိုင္း ျပင္ဆင္ေဆာင္ရႊက္ရမည္။
  5. Construction / Water and Wase  Project ႏွင့္ ပတ္သတ္ေသာ company ပိုင္ စာရႊက္စာတမ္းမ်ား ျပင္ဆင္ရမည္။
