Officer (Agent Servicing Team Management  - Digital Banking Department)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage Mobile Banking Agent Servicing Team activities for agent support
  • Provide require support and necessary actions for Agent Servicing Team
  • Can communicate with Branches, regional offices, respective Agent Servicing Team and acquired agent teams and able to support their requirements and necessities
  • Track and monitor Agent Servicing Team performance by given acquisition KPI, prepare all required reports and track acquired agents' performance
  • Perform the task responsibly and satisfyingly in timely manner and able to work together with other team members
  • Performing Ad hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements

  • Any Graduate (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA degree holder is preferable!)
  • Have at least 3 years of working experience in related fields 
  • A creative thinker, outgoing and mature personality
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, analytic skills and problem solving skills
  • Computer literate and proficiency in English
  • Myanmar Nationality Only
