Officer (Customer Service –Digital Banking Department) 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and second line support to Call Center in order to assist customer queries and complaint.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to IT for ensure resolution.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Assist and involve in new project implementation and existing product enhancing as part of UAT team System/Platform for Digital Banking

Requirements

  • Any Graduate (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA degree holder is preferable!)
  • Have at least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service of technology based services (Experience in the IT company and understanding of application and system product is preferable! )
  • Can understand of cross-functional relationships and processes critical to driving issue resolution
  • Can work and communicate closely with other supporting departments especially IT department and work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A creative thinker, outgoing and mature personality
  • Excellent communication skills, analytic skills and problem solving skills
  • Computer literate and proficiency in English
  • Myanmar Nationality Only
