Goldenberry Pictures is looking for Operations Assistant to work with the Manager to ensure the operations are carried out smoothly and successfully.

  • Provides administrative, logistic and general support for day-to-day operations
  • Prepares office administration document and records
  • Prepares and issues invoice for service provided
  • Collects reports from business counterparts
  • Assists with dispatching documents and relevant items between theatres and external vendors
  • Conducts market survey from both online and offline channels
  • Day-to-day sales reports

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 2 years of working experiences
  • Must have good personality & communication skills
  • Competency in office applications/internet/email
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English
  • Ability to organize and familiarity with various digital file formats is an advantage
  • Passion for Movie and Entertainment Industry
  • Good customer service skills and personality
  • Advance in Excel
