You will be responsible for
• Assisting daily operational matters.
• Provide operation supports and customers service for all aspects freight function.
• Follow up both in-bound and out-bound.
• Deal with forwarders to get the best quoted prices and secure the space for customers.
• Ensure that the company is maximizing customer service for the lowest transportation cost which satisfies both customer and company needs.
• Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Standards.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Degree holder in any field
• Minimum 3 years in customer service for airfreight
• Service minded with detail oriented
• Good problem solving and negotiation skills
• Good team work skills and strong self-motivation
• Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Proficient in English
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, etc.
