Job Description ( For Night 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM )
- Prepare the payment voucher, receipt voucher
- Data entry in cash book & Prepare journal and monthly report
- Communicate with Suppliers and customers to assist operations
- Prepare cash request summary by daily basis and submit to MD
- Prepare Cash/Cheque payment to requesters/suppliers after all the cash requests are approved by MD
- Prepare excel cash book and all payment or receipt related documents daily
- Prepare cost estimate and issue quotation
- Prepare Invoice and make sure to collect the payment in time

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree and LCCI Level ( I , II )
- Minimum two-year working experience in related field
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- Good interpersonal skill, negotiation and communication skill
