Position Summary: We are looking for a Male Candidate that is dynamic, energetic, responsible for everything from helping with time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note-taking. The personal assistant can also expect to answer phone calls, take notes, schedule meetings and send emails on behalf of CEO as well as organize events.

Job Description

• Assist CEO to prepare meeting such as Management meeting, Board of Director Meeting and other meeting / seminar agendas.
• Assist CEO to prepare presentation, reports and other meeting materials.
• Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary.
• Screening phone calls and dealing with enquiries where appropriate.
• Making appointments and planning CEO’s diary.
• Manages and arranges the appointment schedule for visitors, clients, and investors for CEO.
• Perform other duties and official functions as required by CEO.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Any Bachelor degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• English Language in interpretation /translation of Myanmar /English
• Age above 22 and Male only
• Driving License preferable and able to travel with CEO if needs
• Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, and hard working with high patience.
• Able to work under stress situation.
• Good command in both written & spoken English and Burmese Fluently
