Job Description:

1. Handle different tasks and responsibilities including personal Seurity assistance, Driving, Assistance to Manager in Reporting, Office admin related tasks and Driving with multi-skills

2. Manage to secure and care to his Manager at each single time during working hours 

3. Drive a car, understand the rules for safety

4. Prepare reports, assist to Manager, perform office and administration work

5. Conduct patrols and standby as per SSOP

6. Ensure all visitors are escorted and question unknown people on-site

7. Maintain communications with Client, Internal SSM and RSM when incidents or out-of-the-ordinary events occur

8. Ensure fit and properly dressed to perform the duty properly

9. Manage other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager

-any Degree Holder or minimum high school passed

- Age between 30 and 45

-Height 5 ft and 5 in above with good personality
-Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Powerpoint & Excel), Internet, E mail and reporting

-must have Driving License (D is preferred) with good driving skills

-Excellent in verbal English communication skills(Intermediate)

-have to accommodate 4 days at the provided hostel and 4 days off
-Minimum 1 to 2 year’s strong Security pius Driving, personal assitance or office working experience 
-Non-Drinker with strong Leadership and interpersonal skills

-Perform Day or Night duty as required by the schedule

-Travelling within Myanmar is sometimes required
