Responsible for managing Promotion Girls training and skills programs for regular and specific needs
Plan, execute and manage BA activation program based on portfolio and brand objectives to deliver higher engagement and growth for brands
Responsible for managing the BA operations across the nation, in close collaboration with Sales team
Co-create impactful BA activation programs with Brand teams and also identify the right communication assets and premiums for the programs

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Must be a graduate, advanced business degree/ diploma will be a plus Skills/ Competencies
Must have managed Promotion Girls in a managerial capacity
Experience of managing Promotion Girls / activation programs
Good people management and team development skills
Ability to travel across Myanmar
