Job Description• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and materials requirement• Assists in the preparation of schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations.• Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.• Responsible for identifying the resources required to complete the project and ensure that they are available when needed.• Comparing the actual progress to the planned schedule.• Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.• The Planning Engineer communicates project schedule and progress to the Project Manager, project team.• Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.• Ensuring the project is completed on time and within estimate quantities.

Job Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of 8 years above of planning experience in Construction Building Projects.• Age (35~45)• Planning and project management skills.• Strong communication, planning and organization skills and multitasking abilities.• Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.• Proficiency in MS Office.Salary - Negotiate (Ferry + TC Allowance)Working Days - Monday to Saturday (9:00AM to 5:00PM)Holiday - Sunday & Public Holiday
