 To capture programming and milestone needs from stakeholders through conference calls and discussion.
 To include stakeholder’s perceptions into overall master planning and programming.
 To produce overall project master program with sub-program and phase-to-phase micro-program.
 To provide baseline program versus planned and actual program as comparisons and monitoring.
 To track, review, monitor and maneuver project progress from time to time and reporting to the management
 To calculate baseline value of construction, versus planned and actual program for financial input purposes.
 To produce catch-up program and remedial programming in the event of a delay or abrupt work stop.
 To produce project S-curve, production values projections in periodical presentation to the management.
 To align project resources and advice the management aligned to the periodic progress of the project.
 To prepare programming relevant and progress report for presentation during technical and/or management meeting.
 To prepare progress and project look ahead program for works in the pipeline.
 To prepare planning, look-ahead manpower histogram, financial resource charts aligned to the project programming.

 Must be project management or engineering background.
 Minimum 5 years of experience as planning engineer in a medium size project.
 Fluent in English and Myanmar language.
 Understand the programming, planning logics of a project.
 Be able to eloquently use Microsoft Project software and/or Primavera.
 Understand resource planning in project and C&S, MEP sequence of works.
 Understand cost planning, manpower planning and project programming.
 Above 24 years old but below 45 years old.
 Exposure to international projects management is a must.
