လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

A Good Opportunity for ..

1. Review the existing Procurement Policy, and revise to strengthen the procurement process at MIFIDA
2. Review the actual implementation and practice of the Procurement Policy at MIFIDA and strengthen documentation, and level of authority
3. Set up a system and monitor all required process for procurement
4. Review current contracts and suppliers and optimize costs
i. Identify largest areas of cost reduction
ii. Search for lower costs and better terms for areas of cost reduction. Coordinate and liaise with related departments
iii. Implement cost reduction with new contracts and suppliers
5. Generate documentation of existing processes at the company and propose improvements
6. Monitor the changed process and track key indicators for improvement. Revise change if necessary
7. Work with the Admin Team on asset and documentation management
8. Support the functions of Admin, IT and HR Team when required
9. Other work requested by the CEO and CFO

Requirements (Skills, experience and education)
1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of procurement, administrative and back office tasks at a company.
4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

5. Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
6. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
