Your Mission

We are looking for a Procurement Associate to manage and order supplies and equipment based on the organization’s needs. The Procurement Associate will be searching for new vendors, tracking deliveries and checking product quality. You will get familiar with the manufacturing supply chain, and maintain a stocked inventory in the database.

What You Will Do

- Monitor stock levels and purchase needs
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Update internal database with order details (products, invoices, quantities, contracts, etc.)
- Prepare payments and communicate with the Finance team and suppliers
- Liaise with the Quality Control Team to ensure all products arrive in good condition
- Negotiate for better prices with vendors
- Conduct market research to identify pricing and quality trends
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and research potential vendors

- At least 2 years’ work experience as a purchaser
- Knowledge of MS office
- Strong communication with vendors
- Team player with organizational skills
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
