As a procurement/category specialist support of METRO Myanmar, this person will be responsible for supporting the entire sub-category and to ensure good performance and improvement throughout the Metro organization. This person will support category manager and category specialist.

Responsibilities include:

▪Assist the Category Manager or Category Specialist in the Management of the supplier's portfolio of the sub-Category
▪Provide accurate information(market, suppliers, trend…)
▪Support in the establishment and management of a good relationship with suppliers and with internal cross-functional team
▪Coordinate the assortment demand within Metro network (System, logistic …)
▪Support the daily business of his subcategory
▪Support the good level of the information flows (suppliers, QA, Logistics, )
▪Ensure the update of suppliers portfolio in the system (price, conditions, …)
▪Identify and respond appropriately to various problems, and ensure that issues are resolved
▪Collaborate with other functions/teams to facilitate analysis and identify process improvement/cost reduction opportunities
▪Support in forecasting trends and developing road-map for further expansion of company/ work function
▪Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

* Bachelor Degree
* Minimum 2-years relevant experience
* Must be able to manage and maintain product database using the system
* Good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
* Good communication skills (relation with suppliers, customers, internal stakeholder)
* Some experience in similar job (FMCG)
* Ability to work in rapidly expanding business
