လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Process procurement activities including sourcing, selecting and purchasing of IT products and services.
• Support in contract negotiation with the suppliers and vendors on pricing and terms.
• Ensure all IT products, materials and services are secured and delivered on-time.
• Assist to find and develop new suppliers and vendors locally and overseas to drive cost reduction and build strong supplier management relationships.
• Assist to conduct supplier audit and performance evaluation and recommend improvements where appropriate.
• Maintain the supplier database and procurement budget.
• Support the manager to prepare monthly reports to the management.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• A degree in Purchasing or Business Administration/General Management.
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of procurement or purchasing experience preferably in IT products.
• Good knowledge of procurement policies and processes, and excellent negotiation skills.
• Good vendor/supplier networking and able to manage suppliers and vendors well.
• Meticulous and good problem-solving skills to deliver desired results in meeting procurement KPI targets.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with good market and commercial awareness. Must be able to communicate well (spoken and written) in English language.
• Possess confidence, initiative and high energy or drive as well as able to work independently.
