• Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
• Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
• Conducts a comparative analysis on supplier prices
• Working as part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team to assist in the wide spectrum of activities of the business.
• Preparing presentations, emails and other documentation for business development, implementation and ongoing support for Director and CEO.
• Maintaining personal networks.
• Demonstration of enthusiasm and flexibility.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Excellent computer skill in Excel and shortcut keys
• Very strong interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience.
• Any Bachelor Degree
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Myanmar.
• Initiative, team spirit and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel.
