• Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets (Especially for Construction materials)
• Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations
• Deliver briefs, updates and reports as and when required
• Ensure the suppliers to deliver purchased items in a timely manner
• Ensure to maintain proper relationship and trust with suppliers
• Record all transactions and periodically conduct ageing analysis
• Actively searching for alternative sources and solutions of supply
• Monitoring and allocating storage space
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

• Bachelor Degree in degree and any master degree related with applied position
• Diploma in supply chain management, logistics will be advantage
• Minimum 2 years’ experiences in similar position

Skills and Knowledge required:

• Strong knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly dependable and trustworthy
• Strong internal personal skill and effective communication skills with a talent for operating across different levels of an organization
• Ability to work independently
• Be honest, courtesy and highly responsible and initiative person
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
