* Seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices
* Negotiating prices and contracts
* Reviewing technical specifications for raw materials, components, equipment or buildings
* Determining quantity and timing of deliveries (more commonly in small companies)
* Forecasting upcoming demand.
* Interfaces with Product Line Manager to plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
* Reviews planned orders, create requisitions for purchased items, and manage approval plan.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

* 5 years and above Experience in construction preferred
* Any Graduated
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills with both written and verbal
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills
* Advanced MS Excel skills is a must and experience in database management
* High level organizational ability, ability to work autonomously if required
* Be familiar with product specification and contribute in value engineering
