Job Summary

Responsible for local procurement of goods and services.
Handle all aspect of the purchasing document.
Work with operation team, suppliers and logistics colleague closely.
Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
Responsible for order processing and coordinating;
Monitoring the stock level, data entry and filing paperwork.

Responsibilities

Preparing for Purchase Order.
Correspondence with Vendor to clearly understanding the specification and preparing quotation.
Manage for procurement process.
Follow up delivery schedule.
Create and maintain good relationship with supplier.
Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.
Work close with technique and finance department.
