• Checking stock at online and send the inquiry to supplier for price, weight and production time.
• Reply the quotation to Branch Support/T-S/Inventory including update selling price, weight, stock status and lead time.
• Open purchase order in system, purchase order to principles, other suppliers.
• Checking & analysis price and Qty at invoice of air POs and sea POs
• Request to reliance to arrange Air Pos by sending PI and actual invoice.
• Check & analysis the DHL arrival parts with W/H for Air freight shipment and Border shipment.
• Check and give information Part Arrival Information to BS/TS/INV for air shipment.
• Summarize and review report for Sea/Air/Border/BU-BU part order
• Give information Machine Arrival Information to BS/TS/INV for sea shipment and give instruction to warehouse for sea shipment/Extra part
• Sending weekly FPO Report to warehouse/branch support and inventory.
• Request to Branch for sale invoice of Air PO/Overweight
• Making monthly DHL payment summarize report
