  1. Take overall departmental responsibility for the procurement functions, including inbound materials and necessary approval from Government authorities for obtaining the import license. (Procurement items would be Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Utility Material, Auxiliary Materials, and Facility Management etc.).
  2. Effectively leading the daily operations of the procurement team.
  3. Fulfill the Compliance requirement while making vendor selection, tendering and contract preparation.
  4. Lead, coach, mentor and train the procurement team for smooth and efficient operation of the procurement function.
  5. Maintain internal records and databases for Vendors, prices, purchase history, invoicing etc.
  6. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
  7. Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  1. 2 or 3 years experiences in Procurement Fields are preferred.
  2. Strong and Written Language skill in both English and Burmese.
  3. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills are essential
  4. Up-to-date with industry purchase trends, price benchmarking, and business tools / technologies.
  5. Fully has experience Procurement function; negotiation, sourcing etc.
