-Follow up on purchase requisitions; Issue Purchase Order and Handle full purchase Process

-Inquiry, quotation summary & follow up

-Follow up Order Status for prompt delivery and Quality.

-Communicate with respective departments and Suppliers

-Handle Payment Verification process by Organizing and forwarding receiving documentation for further approval

-Other ad hoc duties as assigned

-Any Graduate
-At least 1 or 2 year experiences in related field
- Strong in Procurement related Skills:
-commercial, negotiation, contracting, supplier relationship management
-Good communication and interpersonal skill

- Able to handle tasks assigned in a timely manner
