Responsibilities :
SG Arya.M Architects Co., Ltd, an Architectural Design Firm based in Yangon specializing in Institutional, Industrial and Landed Housing projects is currently looking for highly motivated personnel to fill the position of Project Architect who can take the Responsibilities as the following:

• Carry out Feasibility Study, Concept / Schematic Designs, Design Development and Design Detailing.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary Consultants’ team to ensure delivery of design intent.
• Liaison with Clients, fellow Consultants and Government Authorities on Project execution and delivery.
• Attend project meetings and writing of meeting minutes.
• Preparation of forms and submission of plans to Authorities for approval.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Requirements:

• Architecture Degree
• Minimum 3 Years post graduate architecture professional experience.
• Strong design portfolio exhibiting a range of design experience in institutional and industrial projects
• Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills.
• Competency in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Office as well as basic rendering, graphics publishing software programs.
• Familiar with Singapore and Myanmar Building Codes of Practices and Regulations
• Possess good communication skills
